Arriving by car

from Munich:
- motorway exit "Siegsdorf" 112 direkction "Inzell"
- "Lofer"
- "Saalfelden" (all roundabouts straight ahead)
- "Zell am See" direction "Zentrum" (do not dirve into the tunnel)
- first traffic light turn right, direction "Schmittenhöhebahn"
- after 300m you will find our Gästehaus Haffner on the left side

from Vienna:
- Salzburg A10
- motorway exit "Bischofshofen"
- "St. Johann im Pongau"
- "Zell am See"
- second traffic light, turn left direction "Schmittenhöhebahn"
- after 300m you will find our Gästehaus Haffner on the left side

Arriving by train:
All trains stop at Zell am See.
Arriving at Zell am See train station you may take a taxi or walking distance is about 10-15 minutes:
- walk through the pedestrain zone until the church
- cross the town sqare to the left
- take the underpass
- about 300 m uphill you will find our Gästehaus Haffner on the left side

Bicycle room
Your bicycle can be locked in our bicycle room.

Booking confirmation
A cancellation free of charge is possible til 30 days befor arriving.
After this time the total amount of your holiday must be payed.
If you send us your credit card details, we will take it automatically.
In case of cancellation we are allowed to charge the cancellation record.

Breakfast
This time we don`t serve breakfast in our guesthouse.

In our guesthouse we have got a coffee maker. There you can buy coffee, hot chocolate or tea 24 hours a day.
Bread service will be possible.
You will also have the option to have breakfast in the 4*hotel opposite our guesthouse - you can book this directly at your check-in.

Cancellation
- up to 30 days before planned arrival - free
- 29 days to 1 day before planned arrival , no show or early departure - 100% of the invoice

under the terms of the Austrian Hotel Regulations

Check in
On your day of arrival all rooms and apartments are finished from 2 p.m.
If you will arrive earlier it is no problem to park your car and to put your luggage in our Gästehaus. 
We effort us, to clean the room up for you as soon as possible.

It would be very helpful, if you would let us know your arrival time in advance,
especially if this is after 6 o`clock in the evening.


Check in - CONTACTLESS
If you prefer a contactless check-in, please let us know.
You can do the online-check-in before your arrival and we will deposit your room key in the safe box next to the front door.

Check out
Please leave the rooms and apartments on your day of departure til 10 a.m.
On demand it is also possible to check-out later for additional charge.

You have to deposit you creditcard details before, then we can do the payment.
You can throw the room key into the postbox next to the front door.

Elevator/ lift
NEW - elevator/lift to the 2nd floor.
Our comort rooms are on the 3rd floor : "There is no elevator/ lift to bring you luck. You have to take the stairs."

Final cleaning
There is no extra charge for final cleaning.

Luggage
By early arrival or late departure you may leave your luggage in a separte room in our guesthouse.

Non-smoking
All our rooms, apartments and guestrooms are non smoking.
Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Online bookings
are valid only after written confirmation from Gästehaus Haffner and after deposit or after receipt of valid credit card details.

Parking area
We offer free parking on our residence - please understand we do not reserve parking lots.

On inquiry and an extra charge of €15,00 per day we can reserve a covered parking for you.

Payment
Payments can be made in cash, cash card (Maestro), VISA, Mastercard or transfer in advance.


Pets
Pets are welcome on demand for additional € 9,00 per day (excl. food)

Short stay fee
We take additional € 5,00 per person and day with short terms stays from 1-3 nights.

Ski depot
We offer a possibility to leave your skis and boots with us - incl. boot dryer

Tourist tax
Tourist tax is € 2,05 per person (over age 14) and day - subject to change

Travel insurance
You have the possibility to conclude a travel insurace.

WIFI
WIFI is free in the whole Gästehaus Haffner.
