Arriving by car

from Munich:

• motorway exit "Siegsdorf" 112 direction "Inzell"
• "Lofer"
• "Saalfelden" (all roundabouts straight ahead)
• "Zell am See" direction "Zentrum" (do not drive into the tunnel)
• first traffic light turn right, direction "Schmittenhöhebahn"
• after 300m you will find our Gästehaus Haffner on the left side

from Vienna:

• Salzburg A10
• motorway exit "Bischofshofen"
• "St. Johann im Pongau"
• "Zell am See"
• second traffic light, turn left direction "Schmittenhöhebahn"
• after 300m you will find our Gästehaus Haffner on the left side

Arriving by train:

All trains stop at Zell am See.
Arriving at Zell am See train station you may take a taxi or walking distance is about 10-15 minutes:

• walk through the pedestrian zone until the church
• cross the town square to the left
• take the underpass
• about 300 m uphill you will find our Gästehaus Haffner on the left side

Booking confirmation

A cancellation free of charge is possible til 30 days before arriving. After this time the total amount of your holiday must be paid. If you send us your credit card details, we will take it automatically. In case of cancellation we are allowed to charge the cancellation record.

Breakfast

This time we don`t serve breakfast in our guesthouse.
In our guesthouse we have got a coffee maker. There you can buy coffee, hot chocolate or tea 24 hours a day.
Bread service will be possible.
You will also have the option to have breakfast in the 4*hotel opposite our guesthouse - you can book this directly at your check-in.

Bicycle room

Your bicycle can be locked in our bicycle room.

Check in – CONTACTLESS

If you prefer a contactless check-in, please let us know. You can do the online-check-in before your arrival and we will deposit your room key in the safe box next to the front door.

Check out – CONTACTLESS

If you prefer a contactless check-out, please let us know. You have to deposit you credit card details before, then we can do the payment. You can throw the room key into the postbox next to the front door.

Our comfort rooms are on the 3rd floor, so the last floor you have to walk.

Luggage

By early arrival or late departure you may leave your luggage in a room on the ground floor in our guesthouse.

Non-smoking

All our rooms, apartments and guestrooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

Online bookings

are valid only after written confirmation from Gästehaus Haffner and after deposit or after receipt of valid credit card details.

Parking area

We offer free parking on our residence - please understand we do not reserve parking lots. On inquiry and an extra charge of €15,00 per day we can reserve a covered parking for you.

Payment

Payments can be made in cash, cash card (Maestro), VISA, Mastercard or bank transfer in advance.

Pets

Pets are welcome on demand for additional € 9,00 per day (excl. food)

Short stay fee

We take additional € 5,00 per person and day with short terms stays from 1-3 nights.

Ski depot

We offer a possibility to leave your skis and boots with us - incl. boot dryer

Overnight stay and mobility tax

Overnight stay and mobility tax is € 2,55 per person (from the age of 15) and day - subject to change

Travel insurance

You have the possibility to conclude a travel insurance.

WIFI is free in the whole Gästehaus Haffner.
